Urban Meyer’s Daughters Have A Message For His Critics

He was suspended because of how long he employed a troubled assistant coach.“My fault was in not taking action sooner against a troubled employee about his work-related issues,” Meyer said.Ohio State’s president, Michael V. Drake, said the following at last month’s press conference:“I want to state clearly that we believe Urban Meyer did not and does not condone domestic abuse,” Drake said. “However, he did fail to take sufficient management action regarding Zach Smith — and he was not as complete and accurate at media days and did not uphold the high standards and values of the university on that day.”The full statement from Urban Meyer on Friday can be seen below:pic.twitter.com/IVNDr3gZCt— Urban Meyer (@OSUCoachMeyer) August 31, 2018Urban Meyer’s family has supported him strongly during this saga.
