They are permitted in registered clubs, pubs, amusement arcades and bingo clubs.Area Commander Chief Inspector Jon Burrows said local retailers should be fully aware of the legislation surrounding gaming machines. If not, he added, they should make it their business to know, and he warned excuses won’t be accepteChief Inspector Burrows says inspections will be increased and a number of planned operations are expected to take place over the next few months.
